Stream Teams United is currently sponsoring an AmeriCorps project, with the goal of expanding water education programs to benefit low-income youth and their communities. AmeriCorps position opportunities are in Kansas City, Columbia, St. Louis, Springfield, Howardville, Shelbyville, and at Maramec Spring Park. Member positions are for a 12-month term with option to stay additional years. AmeriCorps benefits include a living allowance, end-of-service award, and Non-Competitive Eligibility for employment with federal agencies.
